Free membership competition
It’s Bolton One’s first birthday today.
To celebrate they have launched a competition to win a three month gym, swim and classes membership on their Facebook page
To enter just like the Facebook page ‘GymIn Bolton’ and enter the competition on the page.

Ironman UK multi-million pound boost
On July 22, 2012, more than 1500 athletes from 34 countries converged in Bolton for the 4th annual Ironman UK, adding an estimated £2,693,343 to Bolton’s economy - a five per cent increase on 2011.
With many athletes having spent years preparing and training for this ultimate test of endurance, comprising a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 run, they understandably want to ensure their experience is a special one to remember.

Health fair at the market
A health fair will take place at Bolton Market on Saturday, January 12.
The event, organised jointly by Bolton Council and NHS Bolton, is the third of its kind that the market is hosting.
